Service to be rebranded AthleticLIVE as part of transition

EUGENE, OR - June 21, 2018 - Athletic.net, the industry-leading platform for track and field and cross country team and meet management, has announced the acquisition of the real-time results provider TrackMeet.io to further enhance the end-to-end solution provided to coaches, meet organizers, athletes and spectators.

As part of the acquisition, Trackmeet.io will rebrand as AthleticLIVE, Athletic.net’s live result platform. Trackmeet.io founder Ben Thomas will continue to lead AthleticLIVE as Athletic.net’s Director of Live Results.

Trackmeet.io allows meets of any size to deliver mobile-friendly real-time results to users including in-progress race and field event updates. The addition of the real-time results capability to the existing Athletic.net platform, including live video streaming powered by RunnerSpace.com, will revolutionize how events can be managed and followed.
